Orders & Returns
How do I place an Order?
You can purchase all ready stocks items via our website or visit our showroom. If it is displayed that fabric stock is less than what you intended , please do contact us . We have more stock on our branch warehouse. We can also re-produce out of stock items at minimum quantity. We do not responsible for dye and print lots if you purchase same fabric on different timing. Minimum purchase of fabric is 1 meter with increment of 1 meter. All fabric are marked with quantity and fabric details. Packaging for fabric over 100 meter is usually roll on tube for wovens and folded for jersey. If you wish another packaging please contact us in before purchasing.
How soon will i get my order?
After you have ordered, paid and confirmed your payment, it takes 1-3 working days to process your order (this include: payment checking, cutting the fabric and pack it) before we send it to shipping company. For payment by Bank Transfer Virtual Account and GoPay, payment will be confirmed by system automatically. For payment by Bank Transfer Manual and Paypal, please make Payment Confirmation after you made the payment. Our team will check on 1x24 hours after Payment Confirmation. We will process and ship based on your order ID. If you have more than one order IDs, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to combined-order for shipment.

Can I Return a Product?
We only accept return of fabric because of quality problems. All claims must be made within 14 days of purchase. Returned fabric must be in original condition , unmarked, and uncut by the purchaser.

What shipping methods are available?
We use JNE , siCepat or Lega Paket for shipping to all address in Indonesia . Rate is based on your shipping address, regular shipping takes 3-5 bussiness days depending on your delivery area. Please note that we may use other cargo service for bulk item shipment and of course, different rate.
Do you ship internationally?
For international shipping we use Aramex ( www.aramex.com ) , it takes 3-7 days depending on your countries. For express service , we use TNT or DHL it usually takes 1-3 business days. If you have your own courier shipping account, just let us know. We can ship on your account, shipping cost will be directly charge by shipping company to your account. Shipping cost for international orders will be shown in billing invoice prior to your confirmation. All custom duty will be customer responsibility. There is no custom duty for delivery within South East Asia.
